I contacted Eighty8 Yoga to do a virtual beginning yoga and meditation flow for my Family Literacy Program. My parents had requested some self-care since the pandemic had put a lot of strain on them. Tara at Eighty8 Yoga provided a restorative flow for my parents and myself. We listened to relaxing R&B music and she took her time to make sure we understood what to do and how to do it. I'd recommend Eighty8 Yoga 1000%.
