Been buying from R&M for over 21 years. Ronnie always attempts to support his customers needs. All his crew know their guns and can either advise or simply support the customer in making purchase choices. I know for a fact that Ronnie stands behind every item he sells. Great place to visit. I have always felt I got a good deal on my purchase and can depend on him standing by what he sells.

Knowledgeable people. Had merchandise that was only recently released in stock.
Horrible customer service. I had phone call with the owner and I was simply trying to get a quote for how much a handling fee of a pistol would be and he hung up on me. Really pathetic.
Very friendly and knowledgeable, helpful people, highly recommended place to do business.
just went there this morning to get ammo and a clip and they guy at the counter was friendly. im from out of town and will stop by next time im im the area
