My husband loaded here easy enough and went to his second pick up 3 mi across town. Wrongly, he thought that the load was secured bc of the brown covering that was draped over the pallets... they were not strapped or shrink wrapped as they should've been... two out of four pallets- pitched forward and one stack mostly slid into the floor. Costed hundred twenty bucks at 2nd pickup for guys on the dock to fix this. ***double check that boxes are secured onto pallets. Load locks and straps can not keep them from shifting and falling if they're not secured on the pallets.
Waiting time is 8 to 20 hours to get your load ready. Avoid this place.
Easy in and out, efficient, simple.
Really bad place for loaded. They don't even have restrooms for truck drivers
