I normally don’t have time to write reviews but this time, I had to find it. These guys promised to fix my credit but all they did was to take my down payment and began to send me monthly bills for services that would not even fix my situation. They claimed to had removed negative items, but in reality they weren’t doing anything because every time I called and asked about my case, they were completely lost. I also cancelled my membership with the credit watch company that they Are supposed to use monthly , and months went by without anyone at Hispanic Factor even realizing. That shows that they weren’t checking my credit reports at all. To finish, their final bill that I disagreed to pay for obvious reasons, they sent it to a collection agency( Approximately 180.00). That tells you what kind of people they really are.
