I LOVE AIDA!! Her inferred sauna is AMAZING! You you watch Netflix while you sweat and relax or play music of any kind. Also, her massages are so bomb!! She has cups, hot stones, hot towel, and hot bamboo! I was in love!!
I have only had 3 massages in my life. This one was tops! Aida was so welcoming and helpful. Each step of the appointment, she explained and reassured. Music, scented oils and creams, smooth warm bamboo \pods\, and warm stones relaxed the stress points in my back and shoulders. I felt pampered. Aida's hands are magic! When finished, I could stand straight for first time in months! Would highly recommend.
First time at Aiya Spa. The experience was above and beyond. She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. Making sure she knew what I was ok with, and that i was giving her feed back on if i experienced any pain. I went in with severe lower back pain and came out able to bend over without shooting pain! I was shocked just how much she was able to do for me and would highly recommend her to anyone. Whether it's just a relaxing message or to help with pain (even weight loss!)
