Union Square Guest Quarters has had over 2,000.00 a month in replacement linens this year alone. After multiple meetings that have not rectified the problem. Our company has lost nearly 24,000.00 in lost or misplaced towels, sheets, tablecloths and other linens, not returned by their companies Hollywood Cleaners and Comet Cleaners. Owners unprofessional and argumentative, no other cleaners local.Beware! Worst company in El Dorado Arkansas.
This place usually does an excellent job cleaning. I will note that since they took over what was formerly Comet Cleaners, that my clothing no longer has that fresh scent of being cleaned. Clearly they aren't changing the cleaning fluids as often as they once did.

All my shirt and pants were still wrinkled and looked as though they weren't even dry cleaned. My jackets were ironed in the wrong ways. Easily the worst dry cleaning I've ever seen.
