The Norris Inc is a definition of professionalism and promise kept. I dashed into their shop to find out about replacing my HVAC system after my AC broke down only to be greeted with genuine interest and effort to help, explaining all the options I have to solve my problem. Right away, their staff accompanied me from Eldorado all the way to Camden to inspect both my system and home. All other local HVAC companies were a disappointment. Norris helped with an unbelievable financing, installed the new system in record time and at the lowest cost, and offered a great after service at no additional cost. The staff were respectful and cheerful too. 5 stars are not enough to show my gratitude to them. Give 'em a try and see what I'm saying. Thank you Norris!
