Could not even get in. I asked if I could get a Covid test A friend that I had been exposed to you a week ago just called and said that they had tested positive and had been sick for the last 6 days. The lady I spoke to you said I would have to call my primary physician and wait 72 hours. I don’t have a primary physician since I just moved. She said she couldn’t help me . I asked Her twice and finally got pointed to The Kansas health department Who were not available. After 11 months of dealing with Covid, I feel a hospital of this size should be able to help someone far better than this. Plus she was rude and unhelpful.

Only giving this 2 stars because I like Dr. Bird as a pediatrician and his staff. The billing department, however, is the absolute worst. They will do anything to get their money even if it is doing their job incorrectly and taking the easy way out by just sending you to collections. They do not care about the patient. If I was dying in their parking lot I would rather someone drive me to the Andover hospital than step foot in there.

Some of the Doctors are great but alot of the staff are rude or just dont care. Emergency room is a joke. I was held against my will, given anti-psychotic meds as well as sedatives when I tried to leave (because i dont have insurance and knew i couldn't afford it) which then just cost me more money. Now im stuck with a 7000 dollar bill for a visit I didnt want, ask for, require, or accept/allow. They are also responsible for the death of 2 of my friends, one of which was discharged before she should have been who then died in the parking lot and another who was heavily medicated and left unsupervised and had a brain clot go to his brain. Strongly do not recommend. Ive also been trying to reach someone to discuss my bill for around 5 months now and still have not recieved a call.
