I wish i could describe my experience but I haven't been able to have one yet. these people NEVER answer the phone!!! been trying to call for the last couple days to order a part and these people cant seem to pick up the phone. i wont be wasting my time with these clowns anymore, my time is worth money and they waste a lot of it. I dont understand how these businesses stay afloat with such horrible customer service. I wouldnt waste my time on these guys, keep going right down the road to wichita.
