Honestly they know what to talk about, They teach you different coping skills, teach you ways to handle your mental illness and doesnt judge you. They dont only just listen to you but gives you advice as well. This clinic is the best clinic I've gone to, the last one was at duke and I had to only talk about my feelings and they didnt really say much, I had to only talk about everything. Meanwhile in el futuro, they give me advice on everything and talk about things that I could learn about
