Might be good people there, but we'll never know. I was referred to them by other tenants, friends. But, because our RV is older than 2007 they won't store it. I guess they have an image to uphold in only seeing newer RVs on this lot. They discriminate against the elderly RVs.

We store our nice motorhome there and they are so friendly. Always answer the phone when you call and feel it it is safe, secure and clean. It has a wash station, dump station along with air if you need it for tires etc.

Great staff. Beautifully kept RV storage. Staff go out of their way to help you. They offer free drinks and popcorn to customers. They also allow you to wash your RV for free. This is the cleanest RV storage site I have ever been in.
My husband and I rented a storage unit at Coyote pass RV and today we finally went to move out our belongings since our home is move in ready. Upon moving boxes we notice our unit had been rat infested! Rat droppings and urine every where, the rats destroyed so many of our belongings. Im so disappointed that we were never told that they had been having rodent issues! I went into the office to let them know and all I received was they were sorry and that that’s why they ask that children and dogs shouldn’t come to the units.. really. I never received an email even stating that. But furthermore they knew about the rats and never let the customers know! But they didn’t hesitate to take our payments for months and months, I would advise NOT to rent a space at this place, so beyond disgusting!
