Vanessa and Jay were amazing. After my car accident, they told me what to expect, helped take care of getting my rental car, and kept in touch with me through out the journey. When there were delays with the repairs, they were quick to let me know and to coordinate picking up the car.

This company really deserves five stars and except for one oversight would have gotten it. My advice? Call them a lot more than I called them which was on average maybe twice a week for 3 weeks. I was surprised to know at the last moment that there was part of the repair that they couldn't do; something I pointed out to him as working prior to the accident but not after the accident. I really wish they had told me sooner or had referred me to him right after the initial estimate. Now I am left to arrange for a second estimate and possibly wait again. I'm baffled, where is the customer service? But I'll leave it at that. Nuff said. They did do a good job, and I told them so.

The repairs were acceptable enough, considering that Geico only authorized and paid them to do a substandard job on my truck. It'll have to go back to complete the repairs after I get the insurance company re-involved. But I digress. Premier did a fine job for what they could. Regardless of all that, I'm giving this company only two stars due the horribly poor communication, follow-up, and follow-through by the gentleman in charge of oversight of my repairs. I'd likely recommend Premier to potential clients, but I can't and won't due to the constant disappointment and missed/non-returned phone calls, emails, etc from Kyle. If you end up taking your vehicle there, I'd suggest requesting anyone but him.
