I was in the customer service desk this morning with only my conformation # and needed the printed ticket. Your guess service agent Flores went out of her by getting out her private laptop and assisting me in finding my ticket and printing it so I would not have to go home to print the ticket and miss the 7:40 am departure time. Silva is a positive example of a true top rated customer service agent Thank you Silva
They lost my bag. Their PR was awful even with repeated visits to their station. I never got compensation for my bag. Never again traveling with Greyhound, let alone shipping a bag with them.
