This place is a godsend. Perched on the middle of El Monte, there gleams this jewel. Yes, they do not have organics as much as their competitor. Having said that, know that they have better office supplies selection then Costco. Jewelry is also on par to the big box stores. Where they falter is in crowd control. But still, 5 stars!

As I shared before..my opinion is that Sam's club left Costco club in the dust! I love the convenience of not having to stand in long lines at the register with the \ scan & go\ app, you can find all you need in one stop including your gasoline at the pump, and using your phone! And the best is they have better prices. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
First the good stuff. If you walk in, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially by the self checkout. Also go during the early hours bc the El Monte store is pretty empty then. However 1) They NEVER answer their phone. My mom has even witnessed them just ignoring it and yesterday when i had corporate call, El Monte didn't answer the phone for them either. 2) Whenever I try to buy online and get pickup in the store, it always says pickup is not available. I looked at the carts for pickup this morning and only 4 carts out of 10 were being used so someone figured it out. I'm just sad it couldn't be me.
Store seems organized. No complaint. Tried to spread kindness very close to front of entrance, but greeter clearly denied this. See photos. She tossed the kindness rock to the side. It could have been in the trash, I guess.
