Great customer service, pointed me in the right direction for John Deere extended service. Country gal on the phone was just to sweet and loved that country accent.
Asked them to fix and recondition the boom on a gradall telehandler. They charged a premium, 22k, but refused to fix what I asked them to repeatedly, valve cover gasket. They didn't smooth out a portion of the boom where a plastic slide broke off and the bolt that was holding the slide dug into the boom and now is guaranteed to force the new plastic slide to break off quickly, if I don't grind it smooth. I shutter to think what else they didn't fix.
Great service... drove from out of town and did their best to have the job done as soon as possible
