Horrible service. Customer had confirmed an order weeks ago, and the cards were never made. Up until the customer gave them a call to pick them up, they told the customer that they never confirmed and weren’t ready. Would be ready the following day at noon. Arrived at noon and the cards were not ready until two hours later. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Cards were printed wrong as well.

I feel badly having to leave a negative review, but since I personally rely on reviews, it needs to be done. I want to start off by saying this company is very kind and they didn't make me pay for the prints that I was dissatisfied with, and I greatly appreciate that. The quality of printing however, is really poor. I am a graphic designer and needed really bright and vibrant prints for a product photo shoot I have coming up. The prints that I went to pick up were very dull and washed out. The samples I printed on my home printer did a much better job. I was truly disappointed. And while the customer service was kind, it was not what I usually expect from a company. I had to constantly call to get a status update. They supposedly didn't receive my order the first time I sent it, even though when I clicked to resend, it suddenly magically appeared. (A simple, \we haven't gotten to it yet\ would have sufficed rather than pretending they hadn't gotten it yet) And, They didn't ever call to let me know anything was ready, or follow up.

I'm an architecture student and for projects or finals I always need a place that can print big posters, or any sort of poster. I always come here to get things printed and because the staff here is willing to work with you to make sure you get what you want even if they don't have exactly the material they will do their best. And they're prices are always reasonable.
