COVID19 caused a restriction on recyclables curbside pickup during December-Jauary/2020-1. Fortunately, the citizen collection stations were open and I was able to offload the buildup there. Recently, Director Smyth informed the public about the gradual re-introduction as new personnel are trained up in the science/strategy of blue-bin pickup, that it will continue to be an earlier pickup than the trash. So when I heard the truck on another street, I knew to get my bin on the curb ASAP. The pickup went without any problem! Since relocating to our “¡Hidden Gem of the World, Crossroads of North America, anchored by El Paso, Cd. Juárez y Las Cruces!” thirty-one years ago, the pickup service has continued to evolve, from manual pickup to the automated/segregated pickups and very reliable. You definitely have no coveted “¡Wheel of Approval!”

They’re quick to get your money, but unreliable to pick up the trash.

You miss pick up days for a whole block.. You get called for it and then you send a truck and only pick up just the one, even though you missed a whole block. Your customer service people lack common sense. Good job wasting fuel and people's time since now they have to make another run for the other houses on the block.

Site should be able to handle the traffic. And have regions of addresses available for trash and recycling pickup.
