My child is 29 weeks, hasnt rolled yet and is 3.5 pounds. When asked how to get him to roll Dr.Koch tells my wife "Google it" What in the magical fairy world do you live in would you EVER tell a patient thats possibly high risk to use GOOGLE FOR MEDICAL ADVICE? Absolutely inexcusable.

I so appreciate the kindness I felt from Dr. Koch’s office. The receptionist, Monica, is absolutely wonderful. I called her in distress with pain and she worked it out to get me in as quick as possible. Being just a few months new here in El Paso and Texas, I was so relieved to talk to her over the phone. She made me feel cared about—I so appreciated that. She also was just so sweet about all my concerns and answering my questions. When I came in for my visit, she made me feel so welcomed and her presence alone put me at ease. Dr. Koch was also kind and genuine and her student, Amy, likewise kind. And I did appreciate how they all laughed at my corny jokes and they made my baby boy smile! The one thing that would have been nice would have been to get my UTI medication a bit sooner. I had to wait 6 days since the visit for diagnosis and prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. At other offices, I generally get UTI medication day of, but I understand that medical offices can get quite busy. But, overall, their kindness and concern at the visit did mean so much to me!

I'm a new patient but am very pleased! I switched drs due to coming across some very horrid circumstances at a different practice. This office and dr are very caring and professional. She treated me more than a patient and made sure all my questions were asked. She even came with me to the counter to check me out. Helped me off the table and all around respectful. The office is extremely clean and the tech even told me i can take pictures of the ultrasound so my husband can see. Although I didn't feel I needed to i was so glad to have that option. This is my 3rd pregnancy and the best dr I've had yet. Thank you for your care.

I am a new patient but after seeing many ob/gyn that just have me the option of surgery or nothing, it was so nice to have Dr. Koch actually listen to my issues and symptoms and offer me options. She actually sat with me and talked to me, not just read from the clipboard without even looking at me and then walking out like most doctors. So happy I found her!

Honestly being hung up on constantly, being laughed at when I'm asking questions about my health and my babies health is ridiculous. They called security on my husband who had information on the situation without him doing anything but sitting down waiting to explain, then laughed about it very loudly. Then after so many issues can't even talk to Dr Koch. This place is a joke and only two of the staff actually care

I understand emergencies happen however, I am a new patient that had confirmed the appointment a day prior. When I showed up today to my appointment there was a “closed until October 12th” sign. No phone call letting me know that the office was closed. I had booked my appointment a month in advance and being pregnant, it was crucial for me to be seen as it was my first time. My husband and I needed to speak to an operator and was told they wouldn’t contact me until the following Monday. Even my primary doctor was very upset due to the unprofessionalism of being left out in the dark like that with no notice or phone call. To top it off, my husband and I both requested the day off of work for the appointment. To find out at the office with a mere sign at the door is so unprofessional and upsetting.

Dr. Koch is the best! She’s an amazing doctor, she’s very polite, knowledgeable, professional and best of all, she cares for her patients. I don’t know what would be of me, if it wasn’t for Dr. Koch. I admire her, she has a great heart and I will be forever grateful. She has awesome staff, very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Koch.
