When the humans go on a weekend getaway and the furry friend can not come we take her to EPK9. The interview process is a must because the doggos are left in a giant play pen for most of the day and it is important to know they are with other playful, friendly dogs . What makes this place even more outstanding is the live cameras they have that allows you to check in on your furry little family member. My kids enjoy having the ability to check in on our pet and watch her play with her friends. At the end of the day EPK9 sends a report card advising how your pet did that day to include pictures and videos. The family gives this place 5 stars and so does our STORM .

Cede loves her visits to K9! Never fails that she is welcomed with so much love and when I pick her up she looks so happy, I know she was handled with care. All the groomers take pride in their work and take care of Cede as if she were their own. I’ve been coming for over a year now and the last groomer really took the service to the next level. Isaac Ramirez. We always struggle with her shedding. When we picked up Cede from Isaac, it was the first time I pet her without any hair falling loose: he REALLY took his time and was dedicated to helping us. Normally after a deshedding, there are still hairs that fall, it’s just a little less but this time there really was none. He made sure that we were satisfied and took care of our baby girl. This is the reason why we will be returning for many more years!
Miley loves staying at EPK9. They are always so sweet with her and we love the report cards and being able to check in on her while we’re away. Today was our first day using the pet taxi service and I highly recommend it. It was so convenient as they picked up and dropped off our pup on time and kept me updated with her arrival and departure plans. We fully trust every staff member and are so thankful to know she’s always in good hands.

Dr T is awesome. He always makes time to listen and help with any circumstance. It puts me at ease. He cares very much about my furbabies. Thank Dr. T and staff.
