Needs a whole new selection of ice cream already. Plenty other states and cities have all kinds of outlandish ice cream to go with the cookies. The ice cream here is pretty basic
The cookies were good! But the staff is not! The guy at the counter was rude and made me feel like he was rushing us. If you don’t wanna be there selling cookies then quit!!
I ordered cookies 2 days in advance. The delivery address was repopulated with my billing address when I placed the order. I noticed this right away and made the correction. My order was still delivered to the wrong address. When I called to notify them, I was given HORRIBLE customer service and told I would have to wait 3 more hours for the correct delivery. I agreed. 4 1/2 hours and 5 rude phone calls later my cookies arrived. Want delicious fast cookies? Go to the store, buy your ingredients, bake from scratch and your cookies will still be done sooner than this place delivers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. We were repeatedly told that they were just \so busy\ so we drove by the store right after the delivery and waited outside... not a customer in sight. Want to be up all night? Look no further.
