I'm a Hallmark ornament collector, have been for over 30 years. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store. Walked in on Friday and saw that they had the new ornaments out, walked towards the display and got intercepted by an employee and was told I couldn't see them til Saturday, I thought OMG!!! I wasn't on the list, so disappointed... New management that has made the personal appeal disappear. Online looks attractive...so
