I am beyond disappointed in this company. I would not recommend them at all. About time you get the breathing equipment you need you will be dead. When you call customer service all they say is they don’t know what caused the error in the order and the prolonged deliver. DON’T use this company. Use a different one. I’m even disappointed in Kaiser for even this company. Definitely will be reporting them to Kaiser.

I am beyond upset and disgusted by the behavior of this agency. My 75 year old grandfather was supposed to be released home after two months of being hospitalized. He was not mobile at all, so we were relying on this agency to deliver all the necessary equipment to have him home. We were given a 3 hour window 12:30 - 3:30pm. Arranged transportation for my grandfather. I took the entire day off work to wait for the equipment to arrive. At 4pm I had to call to ask what was going on. I was told the time was now being pushed back to 6:30pm. Then at 7pm I had to call once again to get an update because once again the delivery was late. Was there told it would be delivered at 11pm when my grandfather was supposed to be getting transported at 830pm. The customer service representatives did nothing but explain that \other patients were more pressing and important\ than my grandfather. Thank god I was in constant communication with the transportation company, because if not my grandfather would have been forced to sit in a wheel chair in pain for hours on end waiting for this agency to delivere their promised equipment. Had I been told that this agency needed an ENTIRE 24 hour window to deliver what they promised I would have planned accordingly. But to be repeatedly told that the time frame was to be pushed back and having to take an entire day off work this is one of the most terrible services I have ever received. I do NOT recommend this to anyone who is concerned for their elderly family members. Instead of being compassionate or concerned I was simply disregarded and told to wait all day long.

Great service technicians with polite friendly professional and caring attitudes. Leonard & Quan are 2 tehnicians that need to be recognized for their great customer service & going above & beyond their regular duties by taking the initiative to make sure all equipment was picked up. I appreciate their hard work and caring about their customer. Thank you
The absolute worst, avoid at all costs. Go with another supplier.
