Unbelievable unprofessionalism from this sorry bunch of public servants captured on video. City Manager violates public records’ law and a black sec’y refuses service. These bozos need to be fired and the staff trained to treat the public properly.

If it's being done right it's probably not being done by Mishia Jennings in the El Segundo City Hall. Her rude, stand-offish behavior is on YouTube for all to see. A base salary of 92,000 annually is waaaaay too much money to be spending on her. I wouldn't give her a job mopping the floors at an adult theater. Well, OK. I might give her a job doing that.

Ask employee that works there if I could ask her a question and she said no left. So unprofessional, the city manager is so disrespectful.

Need to replace the rude and unprofessional employees. The lady receptionist that works in the city manager office needs to learn customer service.

They chopped down their trees, narrowed the sidewalks, and widened the roads. El Segundo is moving in the wrong direction.
