I can’t say enough positive things about El Segundo Child Care! Ms. Stephany and her small team are devoted, fun, and organized. I’m an Elementary School Teacher and very particular about care for my daughter. I was unhappy with her experience at a large center, so in November 2019, when she was 20 months old, I moved her to El Segundo. Almost immediately her verbal skills had markedly improved and she seemed so happy. She is always excited to go to daycare. The kids spend a lot of time outside and have scheduled activities - painting, water play, music, etc. There is such peace of mind knowing my child is safe, happy, and loved while I’m at work. Some days she doesn’t even want to leave at pick-up! It’s always easy to communicate with Ms. Stephany via text or email, and daily at drop-off and pick-up. She also holds periodic events for families so there’s a wonderful small community. I have no regrets about El Segundo Child Care. It is a true gem!

I highly recommend the team at El Segundo Child Care and Stephany! My child joined them at around 7 months and was with them for nearly 2 years. Stephany and her team became a great partner in care for our child and we saw him flourish as they encouraged independence in a nurturing environment. Stephany and her team organized and planned a wide range of activities to encourage growth from having a music teacher, gymnastics, art, sensory, and others while making it fun and safe for the kids. We are so glad we found El Segundo Child Care and recommend them to parents looking for care for their babies and toddlers!
Stephany and her team at El Segundo Child Care are everything that we could have asked for, and I highly recommend them for young children looking for an in home daycare. My husband and I checked out every day care in town and around, from bigger establishments (like Beach Babies) to smaller home daycares. Nothing felt right. We weren’t sure what we were looking for or what would be the right fit for our under 1 year old daughter. Until we walked into Stephany’s place for the first time and knew instantly that it was right for us. Her place is spotless. The yard and outdoor space is huge. And Stephany and team are soo caring and sweet, they treated our daughter like their own. Stephany went far beyond child care, and would reach out to me to talk to me about things that I wasn’t aware of- like giving me a head’s up if my daughter was especially picky about getting dirty, or not eating certain things, or so forth. As a first time and new mom, I cannot tell you how reassuring it was to know that my daughter was in such good hands with someone who really took the time to know her. ESCC doesn’t just babysit your kid- they engage them, they speak with them, they help them grow and thrive. You name it, they do. Developmental activities you’d never think of, sensory immersions, water play in summer, activities, sports, dance, music, the list goes on and on. They’re really geared for the younger kids, which gave us so much comfort too knowing that our young daughter would have the attention and love she needed as a baby, and not just get overlooked for older kids. In short- Stephany is amazing, her team is amazing, the location is amazing, and the whole experience from my daughter’s first day through her last day heading off to preschool was more than we could have ever asked for.
