Worked with Bob in the Service Department to have new wheels and tires mounted, balanced and installed on my 2020 Corvette. His focus on the customer is exceptional; he is professional, knowledgable and takes time to discuss the process, how long the work will take, and then delivers. Bob is flexible in working with my schedule so that it is convenient for me which is greatly appreciated. Bob is a role model for what a Service Manager should be.
