Elburn Post Office is one of the best branches I’ve ever been to! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always try to help you the best they can. I use the post office a lot for my business needs, and there are some terrible branches in the area. However, Elburn is great. I have literally never had a bad experience at this branch over the last several years of sometimes going there daily! Thank you so much to the staff!!

What a sweet sweet man working the front desk of the post office. He was so helpful and professional - I live right by the post office in Aurora and I refuse to step foot in there. They are so rude. I will drive the 35 minutes just to come to this location.
I've come in a few times a few minutes after close and they're still happy to help. Glad someone cares about what they do. Just wish they would stop making me come in to sign for EMS packages.
They literally cannot get anything right. My parents live down the street from my husband and I in Elburn. We live in an apartment and have always had a difficult time getting mail because the Elburn post office cannot seem to figure out how to read the mailboxes and deliver things to the right people so I have my bigger packages sent to my parents house. Well, my parents are out of town for 3 months and having their mail forwarded to Florida. After explaining the situation to someone at the post office, they were told if they each filled out their own forwarding forms I would still have my mail delivered to their house. It’s been a couple weeks and they are only getting some mail forwarded to florida and some is still coming to their house in Elburn, but I’ve had two packages delivered to their house and both have not been delivered. I had to send my husband out in the snow to get one from the post office before they closed and the other was supposed to be delivered today, but it wasn’t and now I have to wait until Monday because the post office is closed. How hard is this to figure out?
Always polite and nice employees. Most know you by name and the mail lady is great and always like to strike up a conversation when she sees you.
