Do yourself a favor and make this place your home. Eleanor has blown me away already and I’ve only lived here under a month. The folks in the leasing office are the nicest and most genuine people I’ve honestly ever met in the world of property management and I’ve lived in so many buildings. Major shout out to Scott Bauder for treating my partner and I like family the second we stepped foot into the building for our first tour. He’s been an absolute angel to work with. Jessica and Chet are also so so lovely. They’re all available, responsive, proactive, transparent, caring, and truly create a ‘human’ experience, not a transactional one. Moving onto the building and units themselves, I can’t believe this place was built in 2016... it feels like it was built this year. Everything is modern, elegant, intentional, high quality, and designed with the tenants in mind. In other words, the management didn’t try to cut corners. Pretty rare, right?! Amazing location, great value, nice floor plans, fast elevators, wonderful amenities... this place has it all. Really.

I've lived at Eleanor for 3 years, and love it. Our unit gets a lot of natural light, and I've always loved the aesthetic. All of the staff are amazing - helpful, patient, and friendly. Our neighbors are great and the amenities at Eleanor are some of the best! The only downsides have been the fact that our car has been broken into and the highway noise - there's no way to block it out!

We love living here! Our dog loves the staff and we enjoy the amenities. It’s super close to Green Lake and I can make long runs to popular locations like South Lake Union and Gas Works!
