We had a motor that needed repairing and Derek saved the day when I called him and told him we were on a tight time schedule. We couldn’t afford to be shut down and Derek was able to have his team fix our motor in half the time we were quoted by a few other motor repair companies. I have 29 year old Powermatic table saw with a 5 HP Baldor motor that was blowing start capacitors. I called EMS and talked to Doug, who was very friendly and helpful. I brought the motor in the day after Christmas, and was able to pick it up the following Monday good as new! They replaced the bearings, blown capacitors, thermal switch, steam cleaned and re-moisture sealed the windings, and even painted the thing. I was able to get a brand new 29 year old motor for half the price of a new Baldor. And when we picked it up, they took us back and walked us through everything they did to it. As well as bench tested it. I would highly recommend Doug and EMS two any fellow woodworker!
