I just realized that the review from this business was by the owner. However, I digress...When I called to get an estimate and trouble shoot my TV the phone rang quite awhile. When someone finally picked up they just answered \hello\. Not to mention someone was yelling in the background. I know there are businesses that use their business number for personal reasons, but if in doubt. Answer with your business name. It's more professional that way and your potential customer won't be confused or put off.

They want you to bring the tv to diagnose then charge 45 dollars then say that will go to the bill. That type of business is known for always charging you more and you getting less out of it! That right there in itself is a scam !
