I pre paid the understandable and reasonable 60 pump repair assessment/inspection fee. When I recieved the quote to repair it the cost was nearly same price of a new pump. When I declined repair and returned to pick up the damaged pump I was charged an additional 245 because of the \extra time\ it took to assess/inspect it.
