I broke the screen on my iPhone and needed it repaired with a quick turnaround as I was leaving town. Tim was super helpful got me right in and did a great job! Looks like new. We are so lucky here in Watertown to have this level of skill and professionalism right downtown!

Awesome service. Needed a new battery for my phone and was seen immediately. They were professional, organized, and friendly. Definitely recommend.
Did a great job fixing my phone except I have a speaker issue now. I didn't bother saying anything because an intact screen is more important than my speaker which would've probably been extensive work to get fixed if I had brought it back. I love the phone charger I picked up while in store.
I thought I had a larger issue with my phone and went into AT&T to replace it. Before I did so, they suggested going here and seeing Tim and his team. I was greeted right away, and my issue was resolved within 3 minutes! Can't thank these guys enough :)
