Called up to check if they have a specialized part for a laptop issue I'm helping a friend with. I explained what I need and was given a prompt no and was hung up on. Will not be dealing with this center for anything due to a lack of customer service.

I have used Electronics Repair Center for two small consumer-level jobs. Even though general consumers are not their main revenue source, they still gave me their attention and time to try and help me with my small scale service needs. The first time I had a minor circuit board job which they completed quickly and skillfully. The second job was a little more involved, and they were very honest and up front about the possible labor costs due to the time and complexity of the potential repair. In the end they just returned the item without even charging me for all the time they spent on the diagnostics. I will definitely use them again in the future, and I encourage any businesses that need their services to give them a try. It's hard to find honest, up front businesses, but this is one of them.
