I love my new home here at Elevate, everything is new and well taken care of. Have a main floor unit and only had to use my heat once so far. very energy efficient. My 4 legged son loves the dog park and all the nice peeps that live here. the staff are so nice and the club house looks like fun. can't wait till this Covid is over so I can use the pool table. Thanks y'all!

I’m giving 5 stars, mainly because of the customer service. Lindsey and Kaylee have been amazing to work with! They are both very professional and personable. Also, the gentleman outside of Elvevate that came to fix my heat was awesome! Our brand new , 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is nice. It’s refreshing moving into an apartment where you are the first tenant in the unit! I had a few issues upon move in, cracked toilet tank, my heat wasn’t working, but they got that resolved fairly quickly! I’m just waiting on a few other things to be fixed. Check your apartment throughly upon move in, and write everything down on the move in sheet they give you. I wish they had non-smoking buildings. People who don’t smoke, shouldn’t have to smell the horrible smell of others smoking. A guest of one of my neighbors, smokes on the porch when they are over! I would like to be able to sit on the balcony with my kids, and not have to deal with smoke. I don’t want that smell in my apartment either and I don’t want my kids to have to smell it. I hope the neighbors they put across from me, are smoke free. As far as the rooms, they both have large walk-in closet’s. Valet trash, the only thing you have to do is put your trash out by 7 PM and they come to get it. It’s very convenient, but you do pay 15 a month for it. Great location, very close to everything! So far, the complex seems very safe and quiet. They are building a few more buildings, but for now it’s pretty peaceful. Great amenities as well!
I have really enjoyed living here so far! I’ve been here since october, and can not wait to see all of the finished accommodations once the apartments are fully finished being built. It has been such an excellent environment, and the staff that work for elevate have made the experience so much more welcoming. Our four legged baby loves her home as well, and my partner and I can’t wait for our son to be here in the next few months in our lovely apartment. Such a nice place for couples, families, and people with fur babies! Love everything about living here! I was new to the area and have definitely loved being nearby everything and learning the area, as well as being close to family. definitely recommend elevate powell and broad to anyone.

We moved from a Luxury Apartment to here from Cary. I have to say that we are very happy, the staff is great and they respond to you inquiry in a promptly manner, the apartments are very spacious and well build with plenty of natural light. We are very happy here.
*Updated since move in* I’m still extremely pleased with everyone up front as well as how safe and kind everyone is! Super happy to make this great move! Everything was super quick and easy!! Kaylee is amazing and is always super helpful and kind!!!
Excellent Service! So respectful, and customer friendly. Apartments are stunning, and a great area that it open to everything! Highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment in Holly Springs and looking to live in luxury :)
