I strongly recommend not using this company's services. ESI cashed a 400 check for services it never completed. The Department of Public Safety (DPS) told us ESI was a no-show to an inspection and advised that I contact a different company since ESI did the same thing to another customer. I chased Patrick to send us back this check for 3 months. He kept telling me that we would receive it in the mail. Now, he isn't even responding. Not to mention, any time you call the company, it automatically goes to a telephone answering service. This is not a reliable or responsive company to employ for your elevator servicing needs.
