We had our septic pipe break a week before Christmas and thought we would have a hard time finding a reputable company to fix it before Christmas. One call to Advantage took care of our problem with no hesitation. They got the job done in 3 hours. They had to dig out the old pipe going to the house and replace it with a better pipe. They also made easier access for when our tank has to be emptied. These guys were great! Much experience! Thank you!!!

We had some major toilet issues that caused our basement pipes to leak due to pressure buildup. We had no idea what the issue was and called Advantage Plumbing. Ben and Marcel arrived within the hour and did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem while walking me through all the ins and outs of our plumbing infrastructure in our new house. We ended up needing a new toilet and they came out the next day to install it after I picked one up at a good rate. Both Ben and Marcel were very friendly and helpful and we appreciated their prompt response and education.

My husband and I are first time home owners. We came across issues with our main valve after trying to do some updates to our home. We didn’t have water. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. Jesse was our technician and was AMAZING. He explained our issues and resolved our problem. I cannot thank him enough. Being first time home owner it’s so helpful to have someone explains issues we’ve never came across, because his assistance I’ll always call this company for plumbing issues.

Plumber arrived within the scheduled time slot; was friendly and courteous. Made sure I had all the information I needed to choose between 2 alternate solutions, including going out to buy a special measurement tool he didn't normally carry with him. Job was completed satisfactorily.
