This is the worst places I have seen. There is a nurse (I think she is from eastensouth Asiain) very rude, and no patient. She looks like does want to do any efforts and just want to write lots of precriptions for me.

I've been seeing Dr. Rahman for years for my Thyroid. He is professional, easy to talk to and very friendly. I admit the office staff has had some bumps in the road and have not always been efficient but Dr. Rahman's nurse always calls me back.

Horrible practice. I saw Doctor Rahman for five years until one day I just said enough I am firing you as my endocrinologist, after I waited four solid weeks for test results. Important, life altering test results. While he has the potential to be a great physician, he is never on time for an appointment and rarely makes his own phone calls with test results, if at all it is never in a timely fashion. His staff is so terrible, the most unprofessional, rude, disorganized medical group I have ever encountered. The doctors took over a floor of an office building and put zero dollars into renovation to make it a medical office. They clearly spend little on their staff and office environment. I could go on forever about the bad experiences I have had at this office and with this staff.

My problem with this group is not with my physician. I see Dr. Valika, and he is an outstanding doctor. I trust him. He has wonderful bedside manor. He is intelligent and loves what he does. The front office staff and medical assistant are absolutely terrible. They lack compassion, empathy and genuine respect! There is little to no friendliness and absolutely nothing positive about them. I have been coming here for years and every encounter has been completely disappointing, save for the moments I spend with Dr. Valika. It’s so sad that the people on the front lines are representing such a wonderful physician in the worst possible way.
