The staff is extremely helpful and walked us through the entire process of registering for the apartment and moving in. The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced. The maintenance team was quick and efficient if we ever have a problem with appliances that broke. The location of the apartments put you close to schools, parks, main highways, and Elgin's main street. We are so close to everything that walking and riding bikes are a reasonable option. Lawns were continually kept up and the apartment buildings look well kept. We enjoyed the pool and playground on site for our kids to play on as well. Overall we enjoyed our time at Crescent Village and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well placed and reasonably priced apartment complex.

My wife and I live here. We have been dealing with a/c problem for a month and its still not fixed. Its 11:30 in the morning and it is 80 degrees in my apartment and the a/c is set on 74 degrees. Does anyone know the management company for this place

Me and my children have lived in this community for almost 3 years now and management has never been better about work orders! I love the management team and how attentive and caring they always are no matter how busy their office is!! Keep up the great work guys and thank you for all that you do for the community. We love the new paint as well!
