I just bought car from Sheila could not be happier with my buy. She went above and beyond to make me happy with new car. I wish more car sellers were like that. There staff was nice and polite on my visit they offered coffee and water at least 3 times. They fixed issues I found with the car before finalizing transaction. I recommend this place to everybody my next car will be from there for sure! One more time guys thank you for all the help!

Buying a car was easy and painless here! The staff won’t waste your time and will listen to you and your needs/wants. My salesman was Mike Gaddy and even though he was having a busy Saturday, he made sure to take care of me and didn’t waste my time with senseless negotiations and pointless small talk. Once we decided on a 2016 Kia Optima, I worked with Tom for the financing and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Again, he didn’t waste my time with negotiating and instead worked to get the deal in the price range I needed at a great interest rate while walking me through the process and paperwork. These guys are great and won’t waste your time. I loved buying from them!
My wife and I came in today to purchase a 2021 Stinger, and this was by far the best customer experience I've had at a car dealership. We were greeted by friendly staff members, and Mike who showed us around the car and rode with us for the test drive. From greeting us to making sure we were comfortable, to explaining the important aspects of the car's infotainment system, through negotiating the sale, and tolerating how goofy my wife and I are together, Mike is the ideal salesperson from a customer perspective. He also walked us through the service center so that we had an idea of what to expect when we bring the Stinger in for maintenance, in addition to spending ample time with us to make sure our phones connected to the car. The financial manager, Carly, is also a great member of the team at Napleton's. Finances, being one of the more anxiety-inducing aspects of car ownership and acquisition, are the downside to making a major purchase, but Carly was straightforward about what was possible and helped us make an informed decision that fit our needs and left us feeling content with our choices. We are extremely careful due to the ongoing pandemic, and everyone we encountered at Elgin Kia was respectful of the social distancing boundaries and wore masks. Together, their courtesy, understanding, and overall knowledge was astounding. We could not have asked for a better experience today, and we look forward to seeing Mike and Carly when it is time to replace my wife's car. The team made it well-worth our trek from Chicago to get the car we wanted, with an amazing focus on customer satisfaction. You guys rock! Be safe, and happy holidays from the Hollichs.
Sheila and Carly were great. Honest, respectful, and fun ladies. My car was not available but Sheila went above and beyond to find it for me. Took her less than 24hrs. It was a super smooth and quick purchase .
