If I never had to commute to the city again, I'd be happy. I've been watching a dead mouse decompose on car #8214 since early October. I've emailed, left voice messages, etc. The only feedback I received was that I would not be receiving refunds and that it would be addressed soon

Word to the wise: Metra does not run the parking lots at its stations, those are managed by the municipality or their contractor, so a Metra ticket agent is not responsible for any parking issues.
The gentleman at the office is genuinely friendly and helpful.
