Completely unstable internet. Useless/non existent customer support. Call and wait for rep just to be forced to leave a message. They know rural internet is few and far between and they take advantage of their customers because of that. There's no incentive for them to be better because they monopolize the area. If you have another internet provider available use them and don't waste your money on fox valleys garbage internet. Can't wait until home 5G rolls out and bankrupts this garbage business.

If you switch to fox valley internet you made a mistake. Incredibly unreliable, bad internet over all does not matter what time of the day.

Very poor quality speeds Unstable Nice and friendly help over the phone. Unable to help solve problems, other than unplugging and waiting to see if problem is corrected. 7 to 8 MBPS at best This is a quote from a former employee \They are firm believers in \if it seems to work, don't fix it\. Seems like the internet goes out often? You're not crazy. Your signal is bad.\ He is also a former customer.

Very satisfied. First need to do your research about wireless Internet, and what the hurdles \could be\. When the signal strength was not with what they said it would be, Fox Valley called us and told us \they\ needed to make adjustments. They have been very helpful The install technician, was PHENOMENAL!!
