- The best library of Elgin - You can rent books,video games,puzzles and more for free! - There are books with audio in case you are learning how to read - There are computer labs on both the first and second floor - There are tables for you to study - There are areas to chill; they are filled with consoles for you to play for free - There are printers which cost 10 cents per black ink - Recommend going here for sure!!

What a literary masterpiece.. this could have been. Perhaps, it is heaven for a bibliophile, but books are boring. There are two gyms and about 10 pokestops for Pokemon Go at this location, but that unfortunately is it's only saving grace. Unless, I suddenly need to make a bowel movement or empty my bladder. Yes, I've used the lavatory here on numerous occasions. On the weekends, annoying people like to protest across the street at the southwest corner of Kimball and Grove. Yes, I support their right to do so, but these people never accomplish anything and whatever their protesting constantly changes with the flavor of the week. These people have no lives and should consider taking up a hobby and doing something more productive with their free time.
