A great time as always. First time back since mitigation allowed reopening this second time around. The staff was diligent, attentive, and friendly. With the buyout of Caesar's Entertainment by El Dorado Gaming, which included Grand Victoria Casino, this makes dealing with my multiple player's cards and rewards programs so much easier. I don't get out to Vegas often but my choices and rewards have certainly expanded. Rumor has it the card program should be all one card across the country by the end of 2021. After a long session of gaming, getting out at 11PM, we were pleasantly surprised and enticed by the pizzeria still open. Of course we had a slice. Covid-19 restrictions were in place to the best of everyone's abilities. It's a new world but it was nice to go out and have some fun and know health and safety precautions we're enforced.

There isn't enough workers there cleaning the machines as there should be . So if you go make sure you take your own spray or what ever you use to sanitize so u can play and not worry about weather or not the machines are clean or not

security is rude. My fiance and I came up to the i.d. check. Handed both i.d.s over, his was fine but apparently he didnt like mine. he checked my id, scanned it. made me take down my mask, continued by asking me to step aside and sign my name 3 times.... i complied and signed and was told i couldnt enter and had to show another form of i.d. this is beyond outrageous, for one my i.d. passed all of his tests and i even showed him my face but wouldnt let me in. I understand if you guys dont recognize a wisconsin i.d. but come on. will never be returning because your security makes me feel uncomfortable for discriminating me like that. The gaurd was a bigger heavy set man with glasses working Friday at 2 am ish. train your security better and stop discriminating against people

This place was like a ghost town after reopening, but they are slowly working to bring it back to life. It is nice to see the sports book open there as well as the new TV setup at the bar 24 hour service. Very good beer selection. There are some really great dealers that work here also. In my opinion, this casino would be well served with more food options / comp options / non-gaming seating areas on the gaming floor itself. All of these amenities are pretty slim-to-none here these days. Relatively nearby Rivers Casino has far more options as far as these amenities are concerned.
