IDI is a great place to work. I have been here for 3 months and it is a great place. I have worked in some places that were poorly managed and this place is managed right. Everybody works as a team and the people who don't want to work as a team have no place in this company. Everybody is treated equally and with respect.

Past employee, when I first started the branch was pretty good and firm with employees that knew how to make the day work. Then a new branch manager arrived, still there today... Everybody is quitting, no one likes to be talked about behind their backs, if you enjoy favoritism, and being talked to like a child!!! Then this is your branch!!! Only 1 person makes this branch work, and it is definitely not you!! I left 7/19 ,had a job the next day... Don't bother until corporate pays attention!!!

Not a very pleasant company to work for! There is a lot of favoritism, and employees not being treated equally.The manager Tina acted in a very unprofessional manner. In the past i have notified her about certain things happening in the work place and nothing changed. Not very professional on how things are being managed and no wonder staff is always leaving.

I have been in the spray foam business for years. Great peaple. They have taught me so much. I truly believe I have the best rep in the field. Billy has always been there for me in a pinch. That pretty much goes for all the guys that work there. I have tried other companies only to go back to IDI. Service is everything second to none. Andy G
