Extremely judgemental, does not wear masks in the middle of a pandemic, gave my wife horrible treatment both medically and professionally. He became confrontational when asked why they weren't wearing masks around my highly at risk wife. Yes, you can still transmit COVID-19 while being vaccinated for it. Doesn't take a medical degree to know that. My wife is an RN and Dr. Griffin was by far the worst doctor she has ever dealt with. We will not be returning.

A couple days before my week's-long scheduled vasectomy, I receive a call from the office informing me that my appointment has been canceled. I call, and they tell me I will need to reschedule. I ask why, and they say the equipment will not be sterilized in time for my appointment (it was scheduled for 3:00pm!?). I tell them that this has been scheduled for weeks and I have babysitters for the night due to this operation, therefore I'd prefer to keep it on that day. They say there is no availability that day at all. I inform the office receptionist that I am quite frustrated and don't understand how they would schedule someone for this without being able to do it. The receptionist put me on hold multiple times, and in the end told me that they were available on a random Monday in the middle of the workday; an operation that would put me out of work for a few days, which is why I scheduled for a Friday afternoon! Feeling completely misled and unable to trust the office, I told them I was going to cancel my appointment and go elsewhere.

I am pleased with the work Doctor James Griffin. I had all my tests done by order of another Doctor . It was a suggestion from other Doctor to see Doctor Griffin. He helped me and he was easy to talk to and his staff is very helpful. I would recommend his service and knowledge to others. I had gone to other Urologists and we did not connect. But Doctor Griffin was different he told me straight out what was happening and left it up to me to go forward . I can not give 5 stars because 5 stars is perfect and no one is Perfect. and Doctors are always Learning.

After 1.5 years of severe embarassment I go to this man to be horribly misdiagnosed and basically laughed at. Dont tell people they have peyronies disease when you are IGNORANT about it. I had Dr. Laurence Levine, the peyronnie's expert reassure me that you were wrong via a series of horrible tests. I want you to know that you personally caused me years of distress with your negligence. I feel sorry for anybody else who you have willfully ignored after taking an oath. Pathetic excuse for a doctor, you should not be allowed to practice in the state of Illinois. I hate you.

I went here a few times and I have spoken to a few different doctors, and I have had two different procedures done. And both done by two different doctors. And I can honestly say I was very happy with procedures. Both doctors explained in detail, what was going to happen and how I should feel. And what I need to do to care for myself. And the nursing staff was very kind to me, so I do recommend this location.
