I had a full furnace/thermostat and AC install. The guy's did a great job. It was done faster than I thought it would take. Everything was very clean, guys were very thorough, and professional. Kustom has been my go to for years. Thanks Chris and crew!
I had a issue with my furnace shutting off before it reached the desired temperature. I was apprehensive about calling for repair as sometimes it worked normally. Naturally when Brandon arrived the furnace worked fine. Instead of giving up, he took the time to check everything out and listened carefully to my issue. He found that I had a missing wire in my thermostat and now the furnace works perfectly. I also want to give a shout out to Jake, who cleaned my furnace in November. I have never seen a tech do such a thorough job. I love this company and am so impressed with their employees.
Ken came on time then proceeded to check out my heating system with great care and professionalism. He was well acquainted with our system and explained, in detail, all those things he was checking and cleaning. I have had many heating technicians work on various heating systems. Ken was the among the most conscientious, professional and knowledgeable of those technicians I have used.
Used Kustom for years, but started using ABC a couple of years ago instead. ABC always had issues with their customer service, Techs not showing up, etc. Recently had no heat for more than 24 hours. ABC didn't show up because the call center canceled the appointment claiming I had called in and canceled it...Wrong!!!! Called Kustom at 4pm. They showed up by 5pm the same day and heat was working again by 6pm. They had always done a great job. My fault for switching, back with Kustom for good!!!
