First and foremost I want to come on here and say McGrath Honda in Elgin provided me with excellent service. The staff here was very welcoming and friendly. I’ve gone to a couple dealerships in the past that only wanted to get a sale out of me and make their cut. McGrath Honda in Elgin was the complete opposite. Al Hansana, the product specialist provided me with the up most customer care service there is to be given. He was great from the start. Friendly, empathetic, caring, genuine, and timely! Due to the situation I was in and how quick I had to get a new vehicle he did everything he could to get me there. Al, took his time to get to know me and what car I was looking to buy. He provided me with different sale quotes that would meet my spending limits. The man truly worked with me. I was very impressed with his professionalism based on his time at McGrath. Worked with Alan on trading in my 2006 Odyssey for a 2016. Van was in great shape, good price, good trade-in value for my old van - whole thing was an easy process through and through.
