Terry was super responsive and helpful as we looked for answers on how to get rid of mice in the house. He gave us advise on the cheapest and best options, without charging us a thing. I would suggest Midwest Pest Control for any extermination needs.

I get the feeling that this might be a good place for a single service- but I wouldn't recommend the seasonal. There is little communication (you get a text the day before) , a teenager just shows up without knocking or consulting you, spends 5 minutes spraying without asking about trouble areas and often skips large portions along the house. We had a mystery wasp next to the house in a part that wasn't being sprayed. I consulted the owner and he didn't know what it was and said \looks like a harmless insect\ (that was constantly bothering us). He said if it wasn't gone in a few days that they would spray the area again. When the insect continued to exist they were reluctant to come out and the lady had a very bad attitude and literally attempted to spray the poison next to my 1 year old. I don't feel this company stands by their service and we both decided to terminate the services early and to their credit, they refunded me. Also, when they do come out, their stuff definitely WORKS. After they sprayed the problem area the wasp disappeared. So, as far as customer service- I'd give them a one star honestly, but as far as if what they do works (when they do it right) I'd give them 4 stars.

Had Aly Midwest Pest Control out to my office/shop to take care of a recently discovered concern. Aly was able to identify the concern putting any questions I had to rest. I called Midwest Pest Control this morning and they were able to get me in the schedule around noon for same day service. Overall, happy customer. PS Aly was very personable and would recommend her for service as well.

I contacted Midwest Pest because we noticed ants in our laundry room. They were very flexible with appointment times and was able to treat our home the very next morning. The representative, Allie Hodge was vey professional and did an excellent job of educating me on the process, how the product works and what to expect next. She also made me aware of additional services they provide. I would definitely recommend Midwest to anyone requiring pest mitigation.
