I recently used the Elgin Office Depot for printing. The process was SO easy, I set up an account online and uploaded the documents I needed printed. Luis D took care of me and I was able to pick up the documents within a couple hours if not less. Luis went out of his way to help me and answer my questions. He was helpful and friendly, he even cut the small 4x4 promo images so I wouldn't have to do it when I got home. That is what I call GREAT customer service!!!

So disappointed first of All I spoke to the manager & she wants to just laugh the fact their things are expired. I called nicely & I had to ask for a refund the manger didn’t bother even trying to make it right. It is 08.10 these are expired since 04.18. I advised the manager to recheck her inventory and she immediately cuts me off. So much for customer service. Rather go to another location that actually wants to help their customers. Especially when it was a mistake on their end.
