We are first time customers of Quality Carpet Cleaning and couldn't be happier. The owner (Mike) spent a lot of time on the phone with us explaining what their process was and exactly what it would cost to clean our 17 year old carpeting. Matt and Abraham showed up today as scheduled, were very courteous and did an excellent job - the carpeting looks, feels and smells better than ever. Quality Carpeting did what they said they would do at the price they said they would do it for. We will be having them back again.

I'm very happy with the service. I will definitely use them again on a yearly basis to keep the carpets clean. The only reason I give them one star at this point is because of the friendly professional people who came to do the work. As for the value and quality, this area is severely lacking. I primarily called to have a huge urine stain in my living room cleaned from the previous owners and just to basically clean the carpets and any other pet odors. I paid 700 for this service because I was discounted certain fees which would have made my charges higher, regardless for 700 I would expect that the urine smells would go away. 700 later and there's still a large urine stain in my livingroom that didn't come up and it was wet for about week after. Urine smells popped up where I previously didn't smell urine, as if the service reactivated old smells. At this point I have a massive case of buyers remorse and wish I would have just put that money towards new carpets. Definitely not gonna see the value or \Quality\, or my money back.
I just moved into a new home and the carpets were pretty dirty. Michael arrived promptly and was very personable and informative. The carpets look beautiful to my surprise! He was very kind and cleaned the two area rugs we had at no charge. I will definitely use them again on a yearly basis to keep the carpets clean.
