This practice dropped my daughter as a patient for a missed appointment. The office manager proceeded to inform me that due to the missed appointment and the fact that my daughter was high risk they had to drop her as a patient. When I called to try to make things right the office manager told me it was too late. Imagine how I felt being told my daughter was HIGH RISK BUT SORRY WE CANT HELP HER. This practice assumed she came from a low income household and recommended a low income facility. This office was NOT COMPASSIONATE OR CARING as they claim to be. They judged my daughter based of age, race and ASSUMED Socioeconomic status. The office staff are horrible and very judgmental.

Dr Epsten and Dr Miller are great. They really care about their patients and the staff is very friendly and helpful all the time.

It was a bad experience for me they dropped me as a patient for missing one appointment and then made me cry over the phone for yelling at me because I got the dates mixed up, they also only had me sit in room for close to an hour and only can for 5 minutes to check the babies heart beat, I don’t know if they just took advantage of me so treated me differently because I’m only 17 but it was horrible every appointment I had I’d get anxiety thinking about going in, I only stayed because how far along I am and because all the places I called wouldn’t take me because of how far I am, still so so disappointed they just treated me like that

They emailed me saying they never received my information and asked me to send it. They then gave me an hour to respond before cancelling my appointment. This was early in the morning. I believe it was rude and unprofessional to not even give me a chance.
